Heather Diebold is a former Southeast Missouri State Division I basketball player turned runner. She moved to Fayetteville in 2010 and carried over her love for athletics into her career by starting Garage 33 Fitness and enjoying life as a personal trainer. In 2014, after only 3 years of distance training she completed her first 1000 miles in a year. Heather spends most of her time training others or training for her own events, which includes 5k through marathon distances, adventure racing, and cycling. She also has a strong background in strength training and believes it contributes to running injury free.Heather’s philosophy is that we should live a life of overall well being from the way we treat ourselves physically and mentally. She loves running because running encompasses all of these things for her. She looks forward to the 2015, helping people reach their goals, and new challenges!
